Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or new defects.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sharif@muslindhaka.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided via email.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email after your return has been processed.
Full Refund: If your return is approved and complies with our policy, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds will not be applicable for used, worn, or damaged products.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please mention your preference when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
